Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to schedule all Cerakote, powder coating, and gunsmithing services. Deposits are non-refundable and projects are not scheduled until the deposit is received.

Deposits secure your place in the work queue and cover initial labor, preparation, and materials. For custom, themed, or multi-color projects, a deposit is required prior to any design or prep work.

Disassembly Policy

Firearms and parts will be disassembled as required based on the scope of the project. Some components may not be fully disassembled if removal is not feasible or risks damage.

If sights, pins, screws, or components cannot be removed without risk of damage, they may be left in place and masked as necessary. Any limitations will be documented prior to coating.

Liability Notice

Cyprus Swamp Cerakote & Powder Coat is not responsible for pre-existing damage, seized components, worn parts, or manufacturing defects. Stuck, corroded, or broken components are the responsibility of the customer and will be documented prior to and after service.

While every effort is made to disassemble, coat, and reassemble items properly, some parts—especially older, modified, or previously coated components—may be subject to breakage during normal disassembly. By authorizing work, the customer acknowledges and accepts this risk.
