My name is Jack Wellman, and I’m the owner and operator of Cyprus Swamp.

I’m a 22-year U.S. Air Force veteran with a background as an aircraft electrician, where precision, consistency, and attention to detail are not optional, they are mission-critical. I bring that same maintenance-driven mindset and discipline into every Cerakote and powder coating project I take on.

I am a factory-certified applicator with Cerakote and Prismatic Powders, and a Master Gunsmith through the American Gunsmithing Institute. I also hold an Associate’s Degree in Firearms Technology from Sonoran Desert Institute.

I take safety, compliance, and workmanship seriously. Whether I’m coating firearms, automotive parts, tools, or custom components, my focus is always the same: clean preparation, proper application, and finishes built to perform in the real world.
